A rustic, unimpressive bar in an incredible, impressive location, Chiringuito is located at the far end of the beach by the deep blue Benirras bay, a popular night spot for Ibiza’s drummer-hippie set. The hippies arrive around sunset and, once they start drumming, the bar and surrounding beach become an all-night dance party.

A good spot to meet new people, Merchant has good food and drink, but, more importantly, a great atmosphere.  The terrace is great on warm nights and the bar often has live music or entertainment.

A calm tapas bar on the plaza of Iglesia Salvador, la Bodeguita is a good place to have a few early drinks and do some good people watching. The bar attracts a little bit of everything, from locals to wandering tourists, but the real action is in the plaza where groups start gathering for a night out.
